Remove water spots/stains from any silicone product

The stains you're seeing here are mineral deposits from your water. 

This is fairly common in areas with hard water - calcium and magnesium in particular leave deposits like these.

Fortunately, getting rid of these deposits is very easy: just wash them with vinegar, which will dissolve the minerals. 

Gentle scrubbing with a scrubbing brush will help!

You can also do this in your dishwasher by adding a little vinegar to the load.
